ACCOUNTS CLERK

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

 Duties

  • Handle daily bank operations including payment & receipt vouchers
  • Autopay arrangement, bank reconciliation, book-keeping
  • Handle some ad hoc jobs

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above with LCCI certificate, Diploma or above in Accounting discipline
  • At least 1 year accounting experience in which exposure in freight forwarder industry is an advantage;
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage;
  • Good computer skills with MS Office, Flex Accounting is preferable;
  • Strong in communication and problem solving skills;
  • Detailed minded, reliable, self-motivated and team player
  • Immediate available preferred

OPERATIONS EXPORT CLERK

(Working location: Kwai Chung)

 Duties

  • Handle full set of air documents (Mawb, Hawb, Cargo Manifest, input ISAC & pre-alert)
  • Handle simple plan-loading per consol shipment
  • Handle booking via web site & phone with carriers & Master co-loaders
  • Deliver the completed air documents for carriers
  • Sorting / filing air documents

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with DGA holder
  • Possess 1 year or above working experience in air freight industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime / Public Holiday / Sunday;
  • Excellent interpersonal, good communication and analytical skills;
  • Immediate available is preferred

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

 Duties

  • Provide daily technical & system support on desktop, servers, LAN and WAN.
  • Provide system change support project and documentation.
  • Carry out daily computer operation, system administration, system backup, preventive maintenance and provide technical support on PC, servers, network, backend systems and general office applications.
  • On–call basis emergency support after office hours and occasional travel are required.

Requirements

  • HD or above with 2 years’ IT relevant working experiences
  • Certified on MCSE / MCITP / CCNA is preferred
  • Practical experience of Active directory, O365 preferred
  • Self initiative, result oriented and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior System Administrator
  • Immediate available is preferred
