Company Background

"K" Line Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited is an independently operating subsidiary of "K" Line Logistics Limited whose headquarters is located in Japan. "K" Line Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited, formerly named as "K" Line Air Service (Hong Kong) Limited, was founded in Hong Kong in 1985.

To diversify our business, we established a travel agent - "K" Line Air Travel Limited in 1988 to provide passenger service to our clients.

In 1992 we extended our business to China and formed subsidiary companies in China. They are "K" Line Logistics (Far East) Limited (formerly known as "K" Line Air Service (China) Ltd.), "K" Line Logistics (Tianjin) Limited (formerly known as "K" Line Air Service (Tianjin) co., Ltd.), "K" Line Logistics (Shenzhen) Limited (formerly known as Horizon Intermodal Express (Shenzhen) Limited) and "K" Line Logistics (China) Limited (formerly known as "K" Line Air Forwarding (China) Limited). Throughout the years, our China offices were extended to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Tianjin, Beijing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Dalian, etc.

To provide one stop shop services to our clients, Horizon Intermodal Express Limited is established to handle the sea freight business for the "K" Line Logistics Group.

In cope with the rapid expansion of our business in China, we have established "K" Line Logistics (China) Limited to oversee the offices located at Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Qindao and Dalian.

In addition, we also establish "K" Line Logistics (Shenzhen) Limited, which is a wholly owned enterprise, to be the base for the future development of our company in China.
