ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

This position will be responsible to handle daily bank operations including payment & receipt vouchers as well as autopay arrangement, bank reconciliation, book-keeping, staff reimbursement. You are required to handle some ad hoc jobs.

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE or above, Diploma or above in Accounting discipline;
  • LCCI higher / ACCA level 1 or above;
  • At least 1 year accounting experience in which exposure in freight forwarder industry is an advantage;
  • Good in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is an advantage;
  • Good computer skills with MS Office, Flex Accounting is preferable;
  • Strong in communication and problem solving skills;
  • Detailed minded, reliable, self-motivated and team player;
  • Immediate available preferred

AIR IMPORT CLERK

(Working location: Kwai Chung)

Duties

  • Deliver the completed air documents for carriers
  • Handle import and transshipment documentation, customer declaration
  • Assist and monitor warehouse routine task
  • Sorting / scanning / filing air documents

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with DGA holder
  • Possess 1 year or above working experience in air freight industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime / Public Holiday / Sunday
  • Excellent interpersonal, good communication and analytical skills
  • Immediate available is preferred

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

(Working location: Lai Chi Kok)

Duties:

  • Installation and configuring hardware and software
  • Responsible for document update
  • Troubleshooting and report problems
  • Carry out daily computer operation, system administration, system backup, provide technical support on PC, servers, network, backend system and general office applications and regular operations reports
  • Occasional on–call for emergency support after office hours

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science
  • Possess 2 years experience in I.T. related field
  • Knowledge of CSS and Javascript
  • Practical experience of Active directory, Office 365 is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and innovative
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Putonghua

AIR EXPORT CLERK – OVERNIGHT

(Working location: Kwai Chung)

Duties:

  • Handle full set of air documents (Mawb, Hawb, Cargo Manifest, input ISAC & pre-alert)
  • Handle simple plan-loading per consol shipment
  • Handle booking via web site & phone with carriers & Master co-loaders
  • Deliver the completed air documents for carriers
  • Sorting / scanning / filing air documents

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with DGA holder
  • Possess 1 year or above working experience in air freight industry
  • Computer literacy
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime
  • Excellent interpersonal, good communication and analytical skills
  • Shift duties is required
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and willing to work overtime / Public Holiday / Sunday
  • Immediate available is preferred
